I remember Marion's winning smile when I first came to Salem. She just lit up the room. I feel blessed in knowing her the past few years in different ministries and education. I know the Epiphany community and Emmaus Communities will also miss her present. Praying for all of you during this great loss. But celebrating a lovely life amoung us! Sincerely.
Our sympathy to your family. When her death was announced today at Salem UMC, I immediately thought of a conversation we had one time when we discovered that we shared the same birth date. Marian was a delight and I'm so glad that she fulfilled her dreams of ministry. You will all be in our thoughts and prayers.
Marian was such a special cousin. I can still remember all those plays we made up and performed at Christmas. Our holidays were magical, and much of the reason lies with Marian's bubbly personality and spirit. She will truly be missed by us all. I am keeping you all in my prayers.
Love,
Della
Marian was so very special to us. we referred to her as our "black-haired girl"..growing up with our daughter Genie she was always around to do things with our family. Her devotion to her family and friends was evident in all that she did. she will truly be missed by our family.. she is now an angel.......
love to you all,
The Wright Family...
Our family has certainly had more than our share of illness and death. It never gets easier. But our family's faith in God is very strong, and it is that faith that will get you through this. I know you will shed tears, but you will also smile when you recall precious memories of all of your years with Marian. Our love and prayers are with you and Adrian.
We are so sorry for the loss you are going through. Reverend Dyer was a great and courageous woman. Just remember the good times you have experienced and the things you have learned by her side. She will be watching over you till you can be together again.

I cherish the great times that we had with Marion. We came to SC for her Graduation, and had such a great time. We have riden horses togehter, swam, skied, fished, and played every game in the world from checkers to dominoes and our favorite Kings on the Corner.Marion was such a fun loving person with a beautiful attitude that helped to bond our very diverse family together. Walk in Christ and carry on her legacy to make the world better. She made the world better just by walking into a room. I so wish we could be there with you at this time. Our prayers are with you . Marian was faithful and courageous. She encouraged me to participate in the process to become a delegate for our conference. I shall missed her beautiful and welcoming smile. With heartfelt sympathy.
