Uncle Otto was a man of great character. He cherished his family and his friends and was always ready with a smile and a laugh for all. Often, he could be the best part of your day. His legacy can be measured in the people he's leaving behind, he enriched each of us. I'm sure he is already laughing with Mom and Dad.
