Steve was such a warm and kind spirit. From the first time I met him, until the last, he had a smile on his face. His family has an amazing guardian angel who will watch over them daily. Keeping everyone in my thoughts and prayers through this tough time.

I am so thankful to have had the chance to sing with Steve when he joined Golden Steel Band several years ago. I loved listening to the stories of the guys playing in different places in different bands in the "good old days." Steve played drums for a couple of shows when he was sick and never missed a beat. He fought a good fight and will be missed.
