Dovie & Family, I just learned of George's passing tonight as I . was looking at recent deaths online. I am so sorry, but I know he is pain free & is with our Heavenly Father. Had I known, I certainly would have attended visitation and/or service. George had many friends who will miss him, but he will be missed mostly by his family. I pray that God will give you, your children, & your grandchildren peace & love in the months ahead.

What can I say about a good Christian man. He was a great guy always there for the Lutheran Men lending a hand as best he could but you could count on him to man the drink table. Loved his sense of humor. One fond memory was when he, Philip, Chris and I was a Camp Old Indian. Food was not the greatest but George had some snacks hidddn away. He will be missed but take comfort that he is with his Savior and he is enjoying himself. The Lord will give comfort to those left behind. Rejoice
