Wendell (Wink) was a very fine Father to Candi and a very good friend. His work ethic was strong and his confidence always healthy. He managed to get the job done and have a laugh while doing it. He will always be grading a building site or welding a job together. RIP WINK
Your Friend,
Tommy Chappell
