Loxie, saddened to hear of Chuck's death. May your beautiful memories of your life together and God's promise of the resurrection bring your family comfort and peace at this difficult time. My most precious memory of Chuck was his participation at Reuben Elementary School when the PTO put on the "Womanless Wedding". He really got into his part - he made everyone laugh!! He loved life!!!!

So sorry to hear of your loss, interamural class was often used as target practice for football team, Charles was a hard tackler. He gave 100% . God must need a good tackler.

Louie,
You may not remember me. I moved to Newberry as a junior, class of 60. My sister was Sandy, class of 62.
I was accepted right away as a newcomer. Charles, was one who helped. I remember him most for his personality and smile.
The last time I saw him. He had that smile. Even in his progressive condition. He will be missed. May our Lord embrace you in His loving arms and give you comfort.

With His love, Dee Petty
