Our family offers our tribute to Mr. Joe. He certainly was a fine gentleman and had concerns for his community and others. Mr. Joe was a part of my life from an early age from Little League ball, to High School sports, to the Mid Carolina Club and the Fire Department and in seeing him around town. He always made me feel welcome and treated me with the utmost caring respect. I deeply regret that I missed his passing due to being out of town. May the memories of a life well lived offer you comfort. Lee, Carol, Joseph, Amelia
