I am so sorry to hear this. He was a very independent man. I would meet the guys at the drug store sometimes. He always had that smile on his face and told me to call him “Uncle Billy” to make Uncle David mad.

We extend our sympathy and pay our tribute to the long and wonderful life of Mr. Billy. He was certainly something else. He was one of the most active and hard-working people I have known and had an unforgettable personality. I know that he has gathered a crowd in Heaven and something is going on. May the great life he lived and the memories made keep Mr. Billy alive in your hearts and minds. Lee, Carol, Joseph, Amelia
