Dear Louise, I was saddened to hear of Ed’s passing . I remember you and Ed and especially Connie. I worked at NCMH in the lab for 20 years. I especially remember when Ed rescued me in that hospital station wagon the year it snowed so much. I was stuck at the bottom of the hill on highway 219 close to Willingham’s . Ed saw me stuck in the road, stopped and got me into his vehicle and took me to work. He was a wonderful man. May God be with you all and comfort you. Judy Shealy Sebesta

Louise, Gregg, Eddie & family,
Words cannot express the sadness I feel. The moment God called you home, this world lost a true Southern gentleman who loved his Lord and Savior, his family, friends and his community. What a legacy you have left. I can only imagine the reunion Ed is having. Oh the stories he is sharing with Leon, Norman, Harry, Kathy and all the others. My family and I have been so blessed to have had Ed as a friend. Our prayers are with all of you. Find comfort in God's love and care.

Ed Rollins was a gentleman in every sense of the word. He has been our friend for many years and we have enjoyed good times and extremely sad times together. He was always the epitome of a gentleman. Ed and Louise have done so much for so many--much of it unknown. They have been Christian warriors for Epting Church and the community in a quiet loving way. Bless you! Go with the angels Ed. You have laid up your treasures. Love to Louise,
Eddie, and Gregg, Harriett and John Rucker

Gregg, Ms Louise, Eddie and Connie:
We wanted to let you know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers, now and in coming days. We have many great memories, Gregg, of our CB radio days, of times in The Reality Seekers, and more. Any time we passed through Newberry Hospital with family members through the yeas, Mr Ed never failed to share a smile and a greeting! May God surround you all with his loving arms and give you His strength and encouragement in the coming days!

Louise and all the family, Please accept my sincere condolence. Mr. Ed was a wonderful man, always had that smile on his face. He never called me Debra, always said "Hey Debbie" each and every time he'd see me. We were friends for many, many years as we both were considered almost permanent fixtures at NCMH, I'm so glad that he was able to retire and enjoy many peaceful years of retirement. I can still hear his voice and see that smile. Love and prayers for all of you who are suffering this extreme loss. Much Love, "Debbie"

Sadness in my heart today is overwhelming. The death of Mr Ed makes so many memories flood back into my mind & heart of not only my years growing up at Epting United but my years as a grown man. #7 Sheriff Lee Foster 2021-01-04 09:10
Please accept our sympathy on the passing to eternal life of one of the finest men I have had the pleasure to know. From the time I met Mr. Ed, he treated me with the utmost kindness and care. Even in trying times, Mr. Ed exhibited the character of a true gentleman. When I first ran for Sheriff, he called and we met to discuss my candidacy. He became one of my best supporters and remained that way. I always enjoyed seeing him around hospital and then upon his retirement at various construction sites as he supervised the work. While we mourn his passing, we celebrate a life well lived. May the fond memories of that life serve to fill the gap left in his Earthly absence. Lee, Carol, Joseph, Amelia
