It is with deepest sympathy the we acknowledge the passing to his Heavenly home. Mr. Ray was a fine gentleman with an endearing personality. He had so much energy’s most of which dedicated to family and friends. He was kind with a word or a joke. We mourn his loss from being among us, but it should be comforting to know that he is no longer in pain, is active again and healed. May the fond memories of this life well lived offer you some comfort in the days to come. Lee, Carol, Joseph, Amelia

Ray was a kind and decent man who never met a stranger. I worked with him for many years while at the Career Center when he drove the bus from Whitmire. He and I would often eat lunch together and he’d fill me in on the news from Whitmire. He was always the first to volunteer to help with student needs and cared about each one of the kids he transported every day. I am saddened to hear of his passing. The world is less colorful without him. My deepest sympathy to you all.
