I watch and root for the Gamecocks because of knowing Cas. I cannot eat pancakes and sausage without remembering how much better his tasted. A leaf would fall and he'd laugh and I'd laugh with him. Cas was a great guy. I have too many memories of Cas to ever forget him.

Gloria, I wish we didn't live so far away so we could have attended the service and lunch yesterday. You and Cas were two of our favorite people ever and I am so glad you found each other and had such a full, happy life together. Our thoughts are with you, Mary and Jim, and Laura and her family.

I watch and root for the Gamecocks because of Cas. I cannot eat pancakes and sausage without thinking of Cas. Cas would laugh at a leaf falling and when I was with him, I'd laugh as well. I feel so lucky to have known Cas--he set the bar for true friendship.

Gloria, Juanita and I would like to share our condolences to you and the rest of Cas's family. Cas was a very good friend to us. He always took time to speak and talk with me. We also appreciate his service to our country. We enjoyed talking with each other about our times when each of us were growing up in different parts of the country.
