To Marilyn and the Palmer family,
I was so sorry to hear about Jim. He was a mentor of mine from 1996 until 2003, when I worked in the Columbia office of S&ME. I always looked up to Jim and I kept coming back to him for advice and wisdom over the years since. Jim was such a nice person; I will miss him very much. My sincerest condolences on your loss. Ron Forest; Myrtle Beach, SC.

Dear Palmer family,
Please accept my condolences in your loss. I had the privilege of working with Mr. Palmer at Law Engineering and at S&ME. His dedication and integrity were an example to many, and his passing is a great loss to our profession.

To all family members of Jim Palmer:
So sorry for your loss. I never met Jim in person but rather over the phone during conversations over the phone when he needed my assistance with proposals for S&ME. He was very professional and always grateful for my assistance. I am sure he will be missed by all that knew Jim at S&ME.
