I was very shocked of Scott's passing. I knew Scott as a kid and lent his first 22 Rifle to his father,Chuck, that I had when I was a child. I believe Scott put hole in his house w/ the rifle. I will miss Scott....

I am so sorry to hear of Scott's passing. I will never forget all the time I spent with Scott and the Hazel's back in the day. They all welcomed me and took me in as family when I didn't have any here. Scott cooked us supper a couple times and I will never forget how he taught me how to make chicken gravy out of a can of cream of chicken soup.
Scott was a kind soul and will be so missed.
If I can ever do anything for you, please don't hesitate to ask.
Sincerely,
Jackie Kennedy

I am stunned and saddened by this news. Scott and I met in 1987 when he dated a friend of mine at MCHS. That was very long ago, but it seems like yesterday. Hilariously, I remember our shared penchant for 1980s music by Madonna — in fact, we saw her in concert that summer in Atlanta when we found ourselves single with nothing better to do. What a fun road trip it was! We also spent time with his mom who lived there. After I left home for college in 1988, Scott and I lost touch, but I’ve always remembered him fondly (especially his big heart).

My sincere condolences to Scott’s immediate and extended family. May the good times you shared with him wrap you in a big, warm hug and bring comfort. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Take care of each other.

Janesca, Sloan, Loxie & Family,
This is very difficult for everyone I am sure. Scot was always smiling and never failed to speak. He was one of my favorite young men at Silverstreet Lutheran Church. May God give all of you comfort and peace during this time of loss. It is very painful to think we have lost him but I'm sure God is seeing that big smile in Heaven. May God bless you. Peggy & Larry
