Alberta Dominick

Alberta Bundrick Dominick entered into her Heavenly rest on July 16, 2021 just days before her 93 ^rd birthday on Sunday, July 18 ^th . Alberta was a daughter of the late George Elwell and Elizabeth Smith Bundrick. She was predeceased by her devoted husband of 47 years; David Floyd Dominick; her beloved son, Barry Floyd Dominick; and her dear great-granddaughter, Amari Grimsley. She was also predeceased by her sister, Angie Jones and by her brothers, Ernest, Dick, and Royce Bundrick.

She is survived by her daughters, Judy (Frankie) Grimsley and Mary (Ben) Snead; her grandchildren, Michael (Anita) McCullough, Lisa (Chris) Willis, Sally (fiance Tony) Crumpton, Travis (“Mal”) Grimsley, and Jessica Grimsley; 13 great-grandchildren; a special son, Ron Price and by her sister, Coritta “Tip” Whitman.

She was a faithful member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church where she sang in the choir, taught children's Sunday School classes, and was a member of the Faye Roof Women's Circle. She was a retired seamstress with Damon International.

Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Sunday, July 18, 2021 in St. Luke's Lutheran Church Cemetery by the Rev. Jason Schafer. The family will receive friends following the service in the church fellowship hall. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in her memory to St. Luke's Lutheran Church, 4056 St. Luke's Church Road, Prosperity, SC  29127.

On behalf of the family, we would like to thank Dr. Michael Berenardo, Laura Odom, the very dedicated nurses and staff of White Oak Manor and MSA Home Health and Hospice for their loving care and support. The family would also like to thank her dedicated care givers Miriam Dennis, Jean Counts, and Betty Jean Shealy.

Pallbearers will be Frankie Grimsley, Chris Willis, Benjie Morris, Travis Grimsley, Michael McCullough, Ethan McCullough, and Ron Price.
