Alma Gronski

Alma Ernestine Gronski of Prosperity and formerly of Drums, PA, widow of Paul Gronski died Tuesday, March 31, 2009 at White Oak Manor.

Born on October 29, 1922 in Glasgow, WV, she was a daughter of the late Ottmer E. and Edna Rutledge Childers.

Surviving are sisters, Anna Johnson of Foley, AL and Betty McCoig of Prosperity; a brother, Charles Childers of LaGrange, IN and a number of nieces and nephews. Mrs. Gronski was predeceased by sisters, Dimple Johnson, Edith Ellison, Catherine Kinsolving and Helen Brown and brothers, Sylvester Childers, Arthur Childers and Ottmer Childers, Jr.

Mrs. Gronski will be cremated and no formal funeral service will be held. In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be given to your charity of choice.
