Angela Greene

Angela Marie Greene, 49, of Chapin died Tuesday, December 14, 2021.

She was born in Greenville on January 28, 1972. She was a 1990 graduate of Newberry High School. Angela was a United States Navy veteran and later retired from the Federal Government. She loved her family more then anything. She had a love for the ocean and enjoyed trips to the beach. Her favorite things were gnomes, bees, coffee and her canine companions, Cookie & Monster. She loved fantasy adventures and was very generous and loved to help everyone. She loved playing cards and other games with her family and friends and was known to give the best hugs.

She is survived by her mother, Sydney Boozer Grainger; (Gary) a son, Robert Greene of Chapin; a daughter, Kristen Greene of Chapin; a sister, Beth Miller (Mitch Crumpton) of Newberry; a brother, Thomas Miller (Kayla) of Newberry; her fiance, Ken Longshore, and her step-father, Eric Miller.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at the McSwain-Evans Funeral Home Chapel.
