Betty M. Hicks

Betty M. Hicks, 72, of Newberry, widow of James Floyd Hicks, died Friday, December 15, 2017, at her residence.

Born on April 9, 1945, in Charleston, she was a daughter of the late Arthur Tony and Katherine Curtis Clark. She attended Glory Tabernacle.

Mrs. Hicks is survived by a son, James T. (Patricia A.) Hicks of West Columbia; a daughter, Donna Cofer of Newberry; a sister, Brenda Singley of Charleston; a brother, Samuel E. Clark of Oklahoma; four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Michael Anthony Hicks.
