Beverly O. Ringer

Beverly Arden Oxner Ringer, 84, of Newberry, died Monday, August 16, 2021, at Prisma Health Richland.

Born on September 1, 1936, in Newberry, she was the daughter of the late Asa Calvin and Kate Holcombe Oxner. Mrs. Ringer attended Newberry College and was a member of Lebanon United Methodist Church. She was a member of the D.A.R. and worked at The Gallery.

She is survived by her husband, Cecil Donald Ringer; sons, Mark (Donna) Ringer and Paul (Meri Ellen) Ringer both of Chapin and Chris Ringer of Newberry; grandchildren, Cody (Ashley) Ringer, Stephan (Shelby) Ringer, Hannah (Matt) Gault, Stephen (Brittany) Ringer and Anna Ringer and great-grandchildren, Logan, Samuel, Brantley, Khi, James and Arden.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, August 19, 2021, at the McSwain-Evans Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. William Hightower. Burial will follow in Newberry Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends following the service at the graveside.
