Crystal H. Stockman

Crystal Leigh Hite Stockman, 56, of Prosperity, died Sunday, July 19, 2015, at Lexington Medical Center.

Born on July 10, 1959, in Newberry, she was the daughter of Carlton and Edith Connelly Hite. Mrs. Stockman was a graduate of Piedmont Technical College and was employed for 20 years with the Newberry College Admissions Office. She was a member of Mt. Tabor Lutheran Church.

She is survived by her husband, Randy Stockman; her parents, Carlton and Edith Hite of Prosperity; daughters, Ashley (Randy) Kitchen, Amber (Travis) Koon and Lauren Stockman all of Prosperity; a brother, Travis Hite of Charleston, WV and grandchildren, Tyler and Parker Kitchen and Wyatt Koon.

Funeral services will be held at 4:00 pm Wednesday, July 22, 2015, at Mt. Tabor Lutheran Church by the Rev. John Stoudemayer. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will be at her residence and will receive friends Tuesday from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at McSwain-Evans Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, PO Box 1741, Greenwood, SC 29648 or Mt. Tabor Lutheran Church, 816 Mt. Tabor Road, Little Mountain, SC 29075.

Active pallbearers will be Kenny Stockman, Alan Stockman, Tim Hollick, David Kibler, Austin Fuller and Ritchie Koon.
