Cynthia Eileen Carnaggio, affectionately known as Cyndi, was born on September 13, 1967, in Xenia, Ohio. She went to be with our Lord on December 27, 2024, at her home in Prosperity, South Carolina, where she resided with her loving husband of 42 years, Charles Joseph Carnaggio Jr. Cyndi was a woman of deep faith, steadfast in her devotion to the Lord. Her unwavering belief served as a source of strength and inspiration to those around her. She approached life’s challenges with grace and resilience, embodying the teachings of her faith in every aspect of her life. Cyndi’s commitment to her spirituality not only shaped her character but also left a lasting impact on her family and friends, who admired her unwavering trust in God.Cyndi's life was one full of adversity; however, through every trial and tribulation she faced, she remained a beacon of positivity and hope. She was an avid reader and a cooking enthusiast, but her true passion was her family. Cyndi demonstrated profound love and kindness through her dedication to her husband, children, and grandchildren.Our Mima, Mama, and wife was treasured, cherished, precious, rare, and oh so deeply loved.

Cyndi is survived by her husband, Charles Joseph Carnaggio Jr. (Joey); her three children, Charles Joseph Carnaggio III (Rachel), Jessica Carnaggio Eshaak (Tony), and Justin Carnaggio (Angela); and her eight grandchildren, Joseph, William, Chandler, Jacob, Miriam, Chasey, Caroline, and Thomas.

Funeral services will be held Monday, December 30, 2024, at 2:00 pm at Cross Point Church by the Rev. Jeff O'Dell. Burial will follow in Newberry Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Sunday from 5:00 – 7:00 pm at the McSwain-Evans Funeral Home. 

Memorials may be made to Cross Point Church, PO Box 1171, Newberry, SC 29108. 

Active pallbearers will be Charles Carnaggio III, Justin Carnaggio, Tony Eshaak, Joseph Carnaggio, William Eshaak and Chandler Carnaggio.
