Cynthia Duncan

Cynthia Rowe Duncan, 62, of Newberry, died January 14, 2021 at Prisma Health Richland.

Born on October 8, 1958 in Newberry, she was a daughter of the late James and Mozelle Rowe. She was a graduate of Newberry High School and retired from Goody's. After retirement, she went to work for the School District of Newberry County.

She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Donald O. Duncan; sons, Travis Duncan and Daniel Duncan both of Newberry; daughters, Joni Espinoza and Kelly Duncan both of Newberry; sisters, Darlene Layton of Newberry, Susan Leitzsey of Pomaria, Candy Busby of Newberry, and Louise Hood of Ridgeway; brothers, Paul Rowe of Newberry, Thomas Rowe of Winnsboro, Rudy Rowe and Dean Rowe both of Prosperity; grandchildren, Christopher Espinoza, Abigail Espinoza, Micheal Ward, and Victoria Duncan. She was predeceased by sisters, Jean Billiot and Patsy Lindler; and a brother, Earl Rowe.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Tuesday, January 19, 2021 in the McSwain-Evans Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Paul Rowe. Burial will follow in Rosemont Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at the McSwain-Evans Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, 107 Westpark Blvd #150, Columbia, SC 29210.
