David Graddick

Virgil David Graddick, 69, of Newberry, died Monday, January 26, 2009 at the Hospice House of Laurens County.

Born on April 25, 1939 in Newberry, he was a son of the late David Aaron and Anna Elizabeth Metts Graddick. He was a member of Lewis Memorial United Methodist Church.

Surviving are his sister, Arianne Graddick of Charlotte, NC and a niece, Diane Graddick of Columbia.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, January 29, 2009 at Colony Lutheran Church Cemetery by the Rev. Bruce Palmer. Memorials may be made to Whitten Center Parents Club, 304 Dixon Street, Clinton, SC 29325 or Hospice House of Laurens County, 150 Springdale Road, Clinton, SC 29325.
