Dolores Suber

Dolores Fredricksen Suber, 86, of Columbia, widow of William Henry Suber, stepped into the presence of her Lord on Friday, December 20, 2013 at Lexington Medical Center.

Born on November 7, 1927, in Homer, Nebraska, she was a daughter of the late Sigvart and Esther Bobier Fredricksen. She was a homemaker and enjoyed being a wife and mother to her sons.

She is survived by sons, William H. “Bill” Suber, Jr. and wife June of Columbia, Ronald Dwayne “Ronnie” Suber and wife Aleita of West Columbia , Dennis Lionel Suber and wife Susan of Peak; a sister, Nancy Hamar and husband Bob of Omaha, Nebraska; brothers, Darold Bobier and wife Maxine of Arvada, Colorado, Rodney Fredricksen and wife Dianne of Dakota City, Nebraska; 6 grandchildren, Lisa Pappas and husband David, Matthew Suber and wife Cheryl, Ronnie Suber, Jr., Erin Suber, Stephen Suber, and Meredith Suber; 5 great-grandchildren and 12 nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brothers Dwayne Fredricksen and his wife Helen and Ronald Fredricksen and his wife Janet.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm Monday, December 23, 2013, at the McSwain-Evans Funeral Home Chapel by Pastor Charles Wilson. Burial will follow in Peak cemetery. Active pall bearers will be her sons and grandsons.
