Donny Morris

Donny Morgan Morris, 65, of Newberry, widower of Mary Catherine Hawkins Morris, died Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at his residence.

Born on July 17, 1953 in Newberry, he was a son of the late Thomas Ralph “Whitey” and Sadie Buzhardt Morris. He was retired from the Newberry County Disabilities and Special Needs and was a member of Summer Memorial Lutheran Church.

Mr. Morris is survived by his son, Benjamin (Nikki) Morris of Newberry; sisters, Janice (Jesse) Lathrop of Pomaria, Toni Bouknight and Robin Morris both of Prosperity and Tracy (Steve) McKean of Newberry; his twin brother, Ronny (Cindy) Morris of Newberry; grandchildren, Gavin Morris and Autumn Lindler. He was predeceased a sister, Charlotte James.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, May 4, 2019 at Newberry Memorial Gardens.
