Eddie Mundy

William Edward “Eddie” Mundy, 63, of Newberry, died Sunday, July 23, 2017, at Springfield Place.

Born on August 18, 1953, in Newberry, he was a son of the late George Mundy, Sr. and Wanda Ard Mundy. He was a painter.

Mr. Mundy is survived by sons, William Edward “Billy” Mundy, Jr. and William Codie Mundy; daughters, Danielle Cohen, Gayle Amick, Casey Martins and Jordan Mundy; sisters, Deborah Mundy, Cindy Irons, and Sandra Mundy; brothers, George Jerry Mundy, James Kerry Mundy and Craig Mundy and nine grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday, July 25, 2017, at the McSwain-Evans Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. William Yon. Burial will follow in Newberry Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Monday from 6:00 – 7:30 pm at McSwain-Evans Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, PO Box 1741, Greenwood, SC 29648.

Active pallbearers will be Joshua Cohen, Sean Amick, Steve Mundy, Drew Mundy, Jess Mundy and Justin Mundy.
