Edna L. Shealy

Edna Livingston Shealy, 92, of Little Mountain, died Thursday, March 17, 2016 at her residence.

Born November 4, 1923, she was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. She was the daughter of the late Arthur J. Livingston, Sr. and Ruby Cook Livingston. Edna was a faithful member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church where she served on many committees. She was also active in many volunteer organizations while able.

She is survived by a son, Donald F. Shealy of Chapin; grandchildren, Alexander L. Shealy, Morgan L. Shealy, and Devon M. Shealy; sisters, Judith S. Hook,and Carolina Butler, and Betty Ruff; sisters in-law, Phyllis Sanders and Betty Livingston;a brother-in-law, Billy Shealy; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband of 34 years, Fred Shealy; sisters, Grace L. Mayer, and Nancy L. Shealy; brothers, Arthur J. Livingston, Jr., Jimmy Livingston, Terry Livingston, and Bobby Livingston.

Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 PM Sunday, March 20, 2016 at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church by the Rev. Brett Collins. Burial will follow in Newberry Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 1:30 - 2:30 PM Sunday in the parlor of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church. Memorials may be made to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church Building Fund, P.O.
