Elizabeth Viola “Lib” Fulmer Hill, 71, of Little Mountain, died Saturday, September 28, 2013, at J.F. Hawkins Nursing Home.

Born on April 16, 1942, in Prosperity, she was the daughter of the late Harvey Bernard and Lena Cannon Fulmer. She was retired from McKechnie Vehicle Component and was a member of St. Peter Lutheran Church where she was a member of the Primetimers, a member and former secretary of the Alpha Circle, and a Sunday School Teacher.

Mrs. Hill is survived by her husband of fifty years, Bobby E. Hill; sons, Keith (Susan) Hill and Roger (Lynn) Hill both of Little Mountain; brothers, Harvey Fulmer of Chapin and Johnny Fulmer of Prosperity; grandchildren, Kendyl, Samantha, Jesse and Hunter Hill; step-grandchildren, Carley (Dave) Hall, Crystal (Chris) Crouch and Hayley (“Amp”) Robertson and step-great-grandchildren, Kaleb and Ian Willets, Addi and Aryn Crouch, Karis, Berit and Pipper Hall and Cory Robertson. She was predeceased by brothers, Robert Fulmer and Jack Fulmer.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm Wednesday, October 2, 2013, at St. Peter Lutheran Church by the Rev. Dave Tholstrup. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at McSwain-Evans Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to St. Peter Lutheran Church Building Fund, 900 Dreher Island Road, Chapin, SC 29036.

Active pallbearers will be Dennis Fulmer, Greg Fulmer, Mitchell Fulmer, Rusty Fulmer, James Lindler, Stanley Lindler, Marvin McCartha and Kevin Shealy.

Honorary pallbearers will be members of the St. Peter Lutheran Church Primetimers and Alpha Circle.
