Erick Rubino

Erick Rubino, 68. of Prosperity, died Thursday, December 8, 2016, at his residence.

Born on December 3, 1948, in Buffalo, NY, he was a son of the late Victor and Virginia Daurie Rubino. He was retired from TECO -Tampa Electric. He served in the Navy with the radio operations, and received the National Defense Service Medal and the Meritorious Unit Commendation. Mr. Rubino attended the River Church.

He is survived by his wife, Shelia Powell Rubino; a son, Paul Eric Rubino of Valrico, FL; daughters, Emily Rubino of Valrico, FL and Kaycee Powell of Prosperity; a brother, Victor Rubino of Hernando, FL; sisters, Nancy Zito of Sanborn, NY and Lynn Bene of Reading, PA and a grandchild. He was predeceased by a brother, Joe Rubino.

A private service will be held at Fort Jackson National Cemetery.
