Ethel Chapman Parker

Ethel Adams Chapman Parker, 83, of Prosperity, died Thursday, August 10, 2017, at her residence.

Born on November 8, 1933, she was a daughter of the late James Boyce and Elura Gossett Adams. She was retired from Hoechst-Celanese and was a member of Park Road Baptist Church.

Mrs. Parker is survived by her husband, Herbert Parker; a son, Bruce (Lana) Chapman of Spartanburg and a sister, Euna Lee of Surfside Beach. She was first married to the late James Chapman.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 pm Saturday, August 19, 2017, at Park Road Baptist Church by the Rev. Wako Cotney.
