Eula Q. Livingston

Eula Quattlebaum Livingston, 92, of Columbia, passed peacefully on Monday, December 26, 2016 at the Rice Estates. She was the widow of J.D. Livingston, who lost his life in the line of duty as a City Patrolman in 1947.

Born on June 18, 1924, in Prosperity, she was a daughter of the late Joseph David and Belle Werts Quattlebaum. Mrs. Livingston was retired form Moncrief Army Hospital at Fort Jackson and was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.

She is survived by her son, Danny S. Livingston (Janie); granddaughters, Leah L. Chen (Ting) and Megan L. Jacobs (Adam) and four great-grandchildren, Fayte, Maximus, Aurelia and Lucy.

Graveside services will be held at 1:30 pm Friday, December 30, 2016, at Rosemont Cemetery in Newberry by the Rev. Kris Litman-Koon. The family will greet friends following the service at the graveside.
