Frances Billiot

Lydia Frances Prudence Lanier Billiot, 73, of Newberry, died Tuesday, August 9, 2011, at Hospice House of Laurens County.

Born in July 16, 1938, in Union, she was a daughter of the late James and Roberta Wix Lanier. She was of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by her husband, Clovis Billiot; sons, Franklin Jarnagin and William Jarnagin both of Newberry; a daughter, Jean Finley of Clinton; thirteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Mrs. Billiot was predeceased by a daughter, Tammy Rogers and a step-son, Darrell Billiot.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 12, 2011, at McSwain-Evans Funeral Home by Rev. Eddie Bledsoe.
