Frances Graham

Frances Wicker Graham, 96, of Pomaria, widow of John Adam Graham, died Monday, February 6, 2012, at Springfield Place.

Born on July 21, 1915, in Pomaria, she was a daughter of the late John P. and Lula Kinard Wicker. She was retired after 22 years from Damon International. Mrs. Graham was a member of New Hope United Methodist Church where she was a former member of the UMW.

She is survived by sons, Gerald Graham of Pomaria and Randy Graham of Aiken; a daughter, Evelyn Frick of Peak; eight grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. Mrs. Graham was predeceased by a son, Johnny Graham, three brothers and seven sisters.

Funeral services will held at 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 8, 2012, at New Hope United Methodist Church by the Rev. Suzanne Walker. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., at McSwain-Evans Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to New Hope United Methodist Church, c/o Robert Davis, 256 Graham Cemetery Road, Pomaria, SC 29126.

Active pallbearers will be Stevie Graham, Roger Frick, Russell Frick, Edward Graham, Johnny Ray Graham and David Graham.
