Geneva McFee

Mary Geneva McFee, 83, of Prosperity, widow of Andrew Cornelius Angel, Jr., died Sunday, March 20, 2011, at Laurens County Hospital.

Born on March 14, 1928, in Asheville, NC, she was a daughter of the late Luther Judson and Mildred Ann Clementine Rice Ballard. She was a member of Freedom Baptist Church.

Mrs. McFee is survived by a son, Andrew Cornelius Angel III of Asheville, NC; a daughter, Deborah Denise Herman of Asheville, NC; a brother, Howard Neil Ballard of Thomasville, NC and four grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Friday, March 25, 2011, at Freedom Baptist Church by the Rev. Eddie Bledsoe.
