Gerald Berenbrok

Gerald Keith Berenbrok, 87, of Prosperity, died January 5, 2019 at his residence.

Born on March 2, 1931 in Burbank, CA, he was a son of the late Edward and Mildred Rawlinson Berenbrok. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Baltimore and retired from the South Carolina Department of Transportation .He was a member of Macedonia Lutheran Church where he was a member of the Goldies.

He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Berk Berenbrok; a son, Mark (Carol) Berenbrok of Lexington; a daughter, Deborah (Tom) Schmidt of Summerville; and grandchildren, Kyle and Tyler Schmidt and Matthew and Nathan Berenbrok.

Services will be held at 11:00AM Monday, January 14, 2019 at Macedonia Lutheran Church. The committal will follow in the church columbarium. The family will receive friends following the service. Memorials may be made to Macedonia Lutheran Church, 49 Macedonia Church Road, Prosperity, SC 29127
