Helen H. Suit

Helen Hoffman Suit, 83, of Greenville, loving wife of Raymond “Ray” Suit passed away on Thursday, October 17, 2013, with her family by her side.

She was born on March 15, 1930 in Augusta, GA and later moved to Newberry, SC. She was the daughter of the late Luther and Marjorie Floyd Hoffman. Mrs. Suit graduated Newberry High School, attended Anderson Junior and graduated Augusta College in Augusta, GA. She retired from Crosrol and was a member of Laurel Baptist Church. Mrs. Suit enjoyed gardening, baking and especially being with her family.

She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Ray Suit; daughters, Vicki Gianoli of Charleston, SC and Terri Eisenhauer of Flat Rock, NC; a son, Michael Suit of Greenville, SC; grandchildren, Greg (Lyndsay) Gianoli, John Suit, Allyson (Kyle) Wolfersteig, David Suit and Ashley Eisenhauer. Great-grandchildren, Jackson, Katie and Carter Gianoli; a sister-in-law, Estelle Hendrix of Camden, SC.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm Saturday, October 19, 2013, at McSwain-Evans Funeral Home Chapel in Newberry, by Pastor Mark W. Evans. Burial will follow in Rosemont Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Hope Presbyterian Church, 20 Sharon Drive, Greenville, SC 29607.
