James "Ricky" Cain

James Richard “Ricky” Cain, 56, of Newberry, died Sunday, March 18, 2012, at his residence.

Born on May 26, 1955, in Newberry, he was a son of Mabel Lindler Cain and the late William F. Cain. He was an employee of Danny Riley's Garage and a member of Lebanon United Methodist Church.

He is survived in addition to his mother by a son, Christopher James (Kayla) Cain of Whitmire; a daughter, Tammy Michelle(Timothy) Taylor of Whitmire; a sister, Judy Fowler of Prosperity;brothers, Freddie Cain of Prosperity and Thomas Cain of Newberry and five grandchildren. He was predeceased by a sister, Kaye C. Lominick and a brother, Francis L. Cain.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, March 21, 2012, at Newberry Memorial Gardens by the Rev. Fred Buchanan. Memorials may be made to Lebanon United Methodist Church, 1401 Milligan Street, Newberry, SC 29108.
