James Willard

James Wallace Willard, 63, of Whitmire, died Friday, February 28, 2014, at Newberry County Memorial Hospital.

Born on July 21, 1950, in Whitmire, he was a son of the late George Douglas Willard, Sr. and Ellen Hill Willard.

Mr. Willard is survived by a sister, Judy Corley of Whitmire; a brother, Mike Willard of Whitmire and a number of nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brother, George Douglas Willard, Jr. and Bill Willard.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm Tuesday, March 4, 2014, at Whitmire Pentecostal Holiness Church. Visitation will be one hour before the service at the church. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, PO Box 1741, Greenwood, SC 29648. The family will be at 167 Easy Circle, Prosperity, SC.
