Jeroline T. Watts

Jeroline Thomas Watts, 66, of Prosperity, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and sister passed away on Saturday, June 8, 2013, at her residence.

Born on April 8, 1947, in Laurens, she was a daughter of the late Willie E. and Louise Thomas Longhsore. She formerly worked at Hardees and Winn Dixie. She was a member of Glenn Street Baptist Church.

Mrs. Watts is survived by a son, Francis R. “Randy” Watts, Jr. and his wife, Lisa of Prosperity; a daughter, Kathy Dawn Williams and husband, Scott of Prosperity; a sister, Luann L. Gross of Newberry; three grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, June 10, 2013, at Rosemont Cemetery by the Rev. Jerry Trantham and Rev. Michael Whitesides. Visitation will be Sunday from 4:00 – 5:00 pm at McSwain-Evans Funeral Home.

Active pallbearers will be Cesario Ayarro, Garrett Gross, Kevin Gross, Phillip Hite, Scotrell Praylow and Daniel Ward.

Special care and love was provided by her niece, Phyllis Lowery and Mrs. Martha Glasgow.
