Jimmy Bass

Robert James “Jimmy” Bass, Jr., 52, of Edgemoor, died Tuesday, February 19, 2013, at UniHealth of Rock Hill.

Born on April 21, 1960 in Rock Hill, he was a son of Ann Simpson Bass and the late Robert James Bass, Sr.

He is survived by his mother, Ann Bass of Edgemoor; a sister, Kay Johnson of Edgemoor; a brother, Greg (Candace) Bass of Las Vegas, NV; nieces and nephews, Jason Lee Baker of New Orleans, LA, Matthew Blanks of Rock Hill, Jessica Runge of Florence, AL, Stephanie Johnson of Hamptonville, NC, Haley Bass and Amber Bass both of Las Vegas, NV; great-nieces and nephews, Kelsey Baker, Cameron Baker, Madison Baker, Shayden Johnson, Emma Runge, Dixie Runge and Delilah Blanks. Mr. Bass was predeceased by a sister, Robin Hefner.

Graveside services will be held at 3:00 pm Sunday, February 24, 2013, at Harmony Baptist Church Cemetery by Rev. Woody Oliver. Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
