John Frank Banks

John Frank “Buster” Banks III, 57, of Laurens died Thursday, May 31, 2012 at his residence.

Born on October 28, 1954, in Newberry, he was the son of the late John Frank Banks, Jr. and Thelma Wehunt Banks. He was a member of the First Baptist Curch of Joanna.

He is survived by his son, John Frank Banks, IV of Travelers Rest; a sister, Linda Broome of Kinards; and three granddaughters.

Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Tuesday, June 5, 2012,  in Newberry Memorial Gardens by the Rev. Eddie Bledsoe.
