Keith Hafen

Keith Melvin Hafen was born May 23, 1951 in Salt Lake City, Utah and died October 23, 2023 in Columbia, South Carolina. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mabin Melvin Hafen and Joyce Rasmussen Hafen and his daughter Heidi Ann Hafen.

He is survived by his wife, Judy Hafen, and sons David and Tyler (Stacie) Hafen, step daughters Hailey Edwards (Jeff) and Monica Duncan, four grandchildren Talon and Sophie Hafen, Sidney and Peyton Edwards and a sister Elaine Tuttle (Brad).

Keith served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Ohio Cincinnati Mission. He graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Finance. Keith married Judy Young in the Salt Lake City Utah Temple. He lived in Utah until the last six years of his life during which he lived in South Carolina.

He will be interred in Lake View Memorial Estates - Celestial View Gardens in Bountiful, UT.
