Lacey Hoppe

Lacey Marie Hoppe, 42, of Newberry, died Friday, January 22, 2021, at Prisma Health Richland.

Born on January 14, 1979, in Newberry, she was a daughter of Brenda Fulmer Hoppe Cromer and the late Paul Thomas Hoppe. Ms. Hoppe was employed at GIS of Chapin and was also pursuing her nursing degree from Midlands Technical College.

She is survived by her mother, Brenda Cromer of Newberry; a sister, Michelle Hoppe (Silviano) Gutierrez of Newberry; nieces and nephew, Tiffany Beach, Justin Broome and Selena Silva and great-nieces and nephews, Naythan Dickert, Jayleigh Guzman, Cristian Romero and Narelle Silva.

Graveside services will be held at 4:00 pm Tuesday, January 26, 2021, at Rosemont Cemetery by the Rev. Eddie Bledsoe. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, PO Box 1741, Greenwood, SC 29648. Friends may stop by the funeral home and sign the register book and view Ms. Hoppe Monday between the hours of 11:00 am and 5:00 pm. The family will be at the home of her sisters, Michelle and Silviano Gutierrez, 563 Lakewood Road, Newberry.

Active pallbearers will be Stevie Free, Justin Broome, Greg Johnson, Beto Real, Silviano Gutierrez and Adam Hendrix.
