Lester Dominick

Martin Lester Dominick, 84, of Silverstreet, died Sunday, December 7, 2014, at White Oak Manor.

Born on January 26, 1930, in Laurens he was a son of the late Willie E. and Margaret Franklin Dominick. Mr. Dominick had worked for Kendall Company, Oakland Mill and was a farmer. He was a member of Silverstreet Lutheran Church and a former member of the Silverstreet Ruritan.

He is survived by his wife, Ruby Adams Dominick; a son, Jimmy (Teresa) Dominick of Newberry; a daughter, Shelby (Wilson) Felker of Pomaria; a sister, Helen D. Morris of Lexington; brothers, Ira Dominick of Anderson and Elbert Dominick of Florida; grandchildren, Travis Tarver, Brittany Dominick, David Dominick, Jeremy Dominick, Garrett (Crystal) Felker and Adam Felker; great-grandchildren, Gavin Medlock, Brody Medlock, Ella Felker, Alexis Bouknight, Cole Bouknight and Lane Dominick. Mr. Dominick was predeceased by a sister, Ruby Dominick and brothers, Claude Dominick, William M. Dominick and Thomas Dominick.

Graveside services will be held at 3:00 pm Wednesday, December 10, 2014, at Silverstreet Lutheran Church Cemetery by the Rev. Harry Crout. The family will receive friends following the service in the church fellowship hall. Memorials may be made to Silverstreet Lutheran Church, 120 Long Street, Silverstreet, SC 29145.
