Lisa Brown

Lisa Diane Brown, 51, of Garden City, MI, died Thursday, August 4, 2016, at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI.

Born on September 30, 1964, in Newberry, she was a daughter of Betty Ellison Brown and the late Raymond Pope Brown, Sr. She was formerly employed with Burger King, Inc.

She is survived by her mother, Betty E. Brown of Henderson, NC; and a sister, Susan (Chris) Smith of Henderson, NC. Miss Brown was predeceased by brothers, Raymond Pope Brown, Jr. and Samuel Scott Brown.

Graveside services will be held at 12:00 pm Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at Newberry Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Tuesday from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at McSwain-Evans Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, 190 Knox Abott Drive, Suite 301, Cayce, SC 29033.
