Pamela Lynn Dunaway, 61, of Chapin, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday October 27, 2021. She was born on October 16, 1960 in Newberry County to the late Clarence and Martha DeLoache Stribble.
Mrs. Dunaway is survived by her partner, Myron Kinard, daughters, Jennifer Kinard and Kayla Bodie (Christopher Cain), sons, Clarence Ramey and Lee Dunaway; grandchildren, Caleb and Dalton Evans, Dakota and Chase Bodie, Kaiden and Christian Ramey, and Jay Dunaway; a brother, Hank Stribble, her uncle and aunt, B.J. and Sidney Stribble and her first husband, Randy "Bobo" Kinard.
She was predeceased in addition to her parents by her second husband, William “Tony” Dunaway, her sister, Sheena Rory Sanchez and her childhood best friend, Lynnette Worthy.
Services for Mrs. Dunaway will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday October 31, 2021 at the McSwain-Evans Funeral Home Chapel by the Reverend Charlie Clinton. Visitation will be from 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Cannons-Creek Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church Cemetery. Family and friends are also invited to celebrate her life with visits to her daughter Jennifer's home in Whitmire. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to McSwain-Evans Funeral Home, 1724 Main Street, Newberry, SC 29108.
Active Pallbearers will be Kevin Evans, Daniel Bodie, Lee Dunaway, B.J. Brown, Greg Harmon, and Greg Bowers.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Matthew Kinard and Michael Kinard.
