Marjorie Runyans

Sarah Marjorie Huffstetler Runyans, 80, of Newberry, widow of Daniel Stanley Runyans, died Sunday, September 13, 2009 at Newberry County Memorial Hospital.

Born on October 3, 1928 in Newberry, she was a daughter of the late Charles Simpson and Mary Agnes Amick Huffstetler.

Surviving are a son, Michael Ronald (Pam) Runyans of Clinton; a sister, Edith Eargle of Newberry; a brother, Ellis Huffstetler of Clinton; grandchildren, Mike (Mary) Runyans and Ty (Michelle) Runyans and great-grandchildren, Maddie Grace, Luke and Dawson Runyans.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 15, 2009 at Newberry Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Monday from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. at McSwain-Evans Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Lydia Baptist Church, 98 Palmetto Street, Clinton, SC 29325.
