Myrtle O'Donnell

Myrtle Mae “Myrt” O'Donnell, 84, of Florissant, Missouri died Saturday, February 9, 2013 in Lexington, South Carolina fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church.

Born August 2, 1928 in St. Louis, MO, she was predeceased by her mother Evelyn Taylor LoPiccolo and step-dad James Vincent LoPiccolo. Myrt retired from Crest Bowl in Florissant, Missouri where she also played on several bowling leagues including The Bowlerettes and in a league she started called the St. Thomas the Apostle Girls. Myrt’s first husband and father of her children was Raymond Vincent O’Donnell who passed away in 1972. Her second husband was James F. Roth who passed away in 2000.

Myrt is survived by three sons, James (Trish Miller) O’Donnell, Daniel (Karen) O’Donnell and Tom (Patty) O’Donnell and daughter Mary O’Donnell Morales with whom she resided with for the past three years, and ten grandchildren, Erin O’Donnell, Michael (Jessica) O’Donnell, Brian (Margo) O’Donnell, Kathleen O’Donnell, Kelly (O’Donnell) Archer(Brian), Margaret O’Donnell Provine(Clayton), James Patrick O’Donnell, Alex Morales, Tony Morales and Mikayla Morales. She also has six great-grandkids, Lauren O’Donnell, Teagan O’Donnell, Gage O’Donnell, Grayson O’Donnell, Django Archer and Abbott Archer.

Mryt will be laid to rest on Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at an 11:00 am graveside service in Newberry Memorial Gardens by Deacon Dale Palmer.
