Nancy T. Shealy

Nancy Turner Shealy, 73, of Newberry died Sunday, October 14, 2018 at Newberry County Memorial Hospital.

Born on September 5, 1945, in Newberry, she was a daughter of the late Robert Alvin Turner, Sr. and Essie Enlow Turner Suit.

She was a member of Summer Memorial Lutheran Church and was a graduate of Newberry High School and Farah's Beauty College. Nancy was a retired cosmetologist and truly loved her clients.

She is survived by a sister, Mary T. Beck and her husband Donnie of Newberry ; her pet cockatiel,Holly; and many nieces and nephews and special friends. She was predeceased by sisters,Catherline Amick and Julia Turner; and by a brother Robert Alvin “Bobby” Turner, Jr.

Funeral services will be held at 5:00PM Tuesday at the McSwain-Evans Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Kathy Harris and Rev. James Hendricks. The family will receive friends one hour before the service in the chapel. Memorials may be made to the Newberry County Career Center's Cosmetology Program, P.O. Box 799 Newberry, SC 29108.
