Nonie Campbell

Vynonna “Nonie” Berry Campbell, 88, of Newberry, widow of John Campbell, passed away on Monday, July 29, 2024, at her home.

Born on March 15, 1936, in Newberry, she was a daughter of the late Homer and Pansy Lott Berry. Nonie retired from Newberry Federal. She was a lifelong member of Glenn Street Baptist Church where she was involved with the life of the church as long as her health permitted. She had also, been a former member of the Newberry Community Choir. 

Nonie is survived by her daughters, Kim Campbell and Candace (Eric) Nolting both of Newberry; granddaughters, Summer Rae Nolting and Erica Campbell Nolting.  

She was predeceased by a sister, Evangeline Mills and brothers, Norvis Berry, Bland Berry, Casper Berry, Robert Berry, and Rev. Wingard Berry. 

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 am Friday, August 2, 2024, at Newberry Memorial Gardens by the Rev. Keith Stott.
