Paul L. Storey

Paul Lester Storey, of Leesville , SC passed away Monday, December 19, 2011 at Palmetto Health Rich land Memorial Hospital in Columbia . He was born April 22, 1946 in Ridge Spring, son of the late Lester & Lucenia (Robinson) Storey.

Paul was a 1964 graduate of Ridge Spring – Monetta High School . He served in the US Navy during Vietnam and was previously employed by Fluor Daniel at V.C. Summer Nuclear Station. Paul was an avid outdoorsman with a love of fishing and hunting. He shared his kindness, generosity and trademark sense of humor with many friends and family whom were blessed to know him.

He will forever be remembered by his devoted daughter, April Di (Storey) Brown, Son-In-Law, Shawn W. Brown and beloved grandchildren, Mitch & Braley Brown, all of Newberry.

Friends and family are invited to attend the visitation Thursday, December 22, 2011 at McSwain-Evans Funeral Home 1724 Main Street Newberry, SC 29108. The hours of visitation will be from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. .
